The Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner collects your name, address, email address and phone number as well as information related to your water rights and or water shares for the purpose of creating water lease agreements. This work is authorized by Utah Code ยง 73-32-202(2)(f). Providing this information is required to proceed with a lease agreement.
Your personal information will be protected and will not be sold or shared with other government or private entities, except as legally required. Data will be managed and retained according to Record Series 31367.
